In this month's Note From Nolen, find out why leaders need GPS Life Journey! Here's what Nolen Rollen's has to share from his experience.
"Leaders need to know what is God's purpose for the next stage of my life. I have noticed over the years. That the groups of people who are less likely in churches over these 20 years plus that I've been doing GPS, the groups of people who are less likely to participate in GPS Life Journey, to discover God's purpose for the next stage of their life. Are the top leaders. Not sure why that is, but church staff, elders, deacons, Sunday school leaders, teachers, small group leaders, these are the ones less likely to take the time and energy to discover how did God uniquely create me and what is His purpose for the next stage of my life. If you are a leader in one of these categories, let me encourage you. Don't feel like you have it all together and you know, all there is to know, take time, be committed to finding out what is God's purpose for the next stage of my life and know for sure that you're bringing great glory to Him by fulfilling the purpose He puts you here on earth to fulfill." For the last seven weeks, I've been talking about Legacy Leadership, a division of GPS Life Journey. Legacy Leadership exists to help you become a better leader. One of the other things that we do is workshops on particular subjects. Subjects that will be helpful to you.
For example, here is a Leadership workshop on how to build a more effective team. We have workshops on customer service based on what we have learned over the years from the Ritz Carlton Corporation, which won the Malcolm Baldrige Award for customer service two times, The only business ever to do so. We have workshops on things like corporate culture, you live or die by how well you develop the right culture in your organization. For more information about our workshops, and various subjects, give me a call. Nolen Rollins. 239-860-0096
GPS Life Journey, under our Legacy Leadership division has a wonderful team workshop called the GPS Team Workshop. This workshop meets with your team and for two half day sessions. We discuss on the first half day session "Who are you?" seven profiles of each of your team members. And then on the second day, we discuss "How do we work together better as a team?" Based on what we learned about each other in these extensive profiles.
We have amazing results for improved effectiveness, better relationships, people enjoying their work environment more because of their participation in the GPS Team Workshop! I trust you will consider this for your business or your non-profit organization. For more information, give me a call. Nolen Rollins. 239-860-0096.
As a leader of an organization, either profit or nonprofit, has there been times that you wish you had somebody you can talk to outside your organization for counsel and advice?
While Legacy Leadership has mentoring available by myself and other seasoned experienced leaders, who will be happy to meet with you one on one to discuss whatever you're dealing with and your leadership and your organization, and how to help you become a more effective leader. I trust that you will consider having a mentor or a coach in your business or organization. For more information about legacy leadership, mentoring and coaching, give me a call. Nolen Rollins. 239-860-0096
Legacy Leadership Forums has three different kinds of Leadership Forums. I discussed the Executive Forum and the Legacy Leadership Challenge for emerging leaders.
And today I want to share with you about the Legacy Leadership Non-Profit Executive Forum. These are for upper level executives and nonprofit organizations. Again, it is a peer learning group of eight to 10 non-profit leaders that gather for a half day every month, and I trust that you will consider if you are a non-profit leader, becoming a part of one of our non-profit forum groups. For more information about this, you may contact me Nolan Rollins. 239-860-0096

This forum meets every week for two months. It has a specific subject of leadership that is discussed. These forums are facilitated by me. And I trust that if you are an emerging leader, and you want to become a great leader and exemplary leader, that you will take the challenge to join one of our legacy Leadership Challenge Groups. I want to talk to you today about Legacy Leadership Forums. Legacy Leadership Forums is a division of GPS Life Journey.
The mission of these forums is to equip and encourage business owners and upper level executives to become more effective in their leadership. No matter how good a leader you may be, you can always learn to be a better leader. These forums are facilitated by Jeff Pitchford, a retired Canadian business executive and now business coach, and I trust that you will consider joining one of our Executive Legacy Leadership forums in the future. These forums meet all day, every other month, six times a year. For more information about the Legacy Leadership Forum, you may contact me Nolen Rollins. 239-860-0096
Nolen Rollins here again, with GPS Life Journey. And a another Note from Nolen. There are two things that GPS Life Journey focuses on.
One is helping people discover and fulfill God's purposes for their lives. And the second is leadership development. These two things are in correlation to the two passions that God has placed on my heart. That is to help people live their lives with a sense of purpose, to live on mission, and live a life of significance, and also to become a better leader. Everything rises and falls on leadership. And our division called Legacy Leadership, which I'll be talking about in the next few weeks helps develop better leaders. I trust that you'll listen in as we talk about how you can become a better leader in the future. |
